The National Economic and Development Authority Region 2 (NEDA2) conducted a virtual orientation on the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP) Online System (ROS) on October 23, 2023. A total of 57 participants representing agency regional offices, state universities and colleges, government-owned and controlled corporations, and other government instrumentalities attended the activity.

NEDA2 Regional Director Dionisio C. Ledres, Jr. graced the opening ceremony of the 34th National Statistics Month today, 03 October, at the Cagayan Provincial Learning and Resource Center in Tuguegarao City. This year’s theme is “Accelerating Progress: Promoting Data and Statistics for Healthy Philippines”.

National Economic and Development Authority Region 2 (NEDA2) representative Ms. Ma. Gloria L. Daluddung, Supervising Economic Development Specialist, represented Region 2 and emerged as the National Champion during the 3rd Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Quiz Bee National Finals held on 5 October at the Century Park Hotel, Malate, Manila.

The National Economic and Development Authority Regional Office 2 (NEDA2) donated computer units to the Philippine National Police Regional Training Center 2 (PNP RTC2) in Cauayan City, Isabelaand Barangay Redondo in Iguig, Cagayan, and school supplies to various schools in the region.

The Regional Development Council 2 – Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RDC2-RPMC) Project Monitoring Team (PMT) conducted a three-day field monitoring visit to selected major infrastructure projects in the province of Cagayan on August 9-11, 2023.
