One (1) Administrative Assistant III

  • Assists the Human Resource Management Officer in the preparation of the HRD Plan; and monitors and evaluates its implementation.
  • Prepares the master list of the pool of applicants.
  • Process appointment papers.
  • Process scholarship/training requirements.
  • Prepares personnel reports and oversee the personnel records management system.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

One (1) Administrative Assistant II

  • Oversees the procurement, delivery, inspection, storage and issuance of office supplies, materials and equipments.
  • Assists in the preparation of Annual Procurement Plan.
  • Prepares purchase requests for FAD, canvass, abstract of bids and purchase orders.
  • Prepares monthly reports of supply issued/consumption and status of office supplies and materials.
  • Provides secretariat services to the BAC.
  • Ensures the renewal of registration and insurance of NRO vehicles.
  • Conducts semi-annual inventory of properties, equipments and unserviceable equipments.
  • Prepares/issues Acknowledgement Receipt for Equipments issued to the staff.
  • Prepares inventory of Disposable Assets and unserviceable equipments issued to the staff.
  • Prepares necessary letters/communication related to supply/storekeeping.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

NOTE: In addition to the Civil Service Eligibility, applicants are required to pass the NEDA Technical Examination for Permanent Technical Positions or NEDA Non-Technical Examination for Permanent Administrative Positions. Passing the NEDA entrance exam together with the civil service eligibility does not constitute automatic hiring. The Selection and Promotion Board (SPB) will still deliberate on the NEDA examination passers who meet the requirements of the vacant position.
