The Cagayan Valley Project Development Assistance Center Steering Committee (PDAC-SC) discussed and approved the guidelines for the prioritization of projects to be subjected to PDAC technical assistance during its First Semester Steering Committee Meeting held on June 20, 2022. The Committee hopes to have one proposal being assisted by the PDAC on project packaging during the year.

In strengthening the capability of the PDAC-SC in providing technical assistance, the Committee also discussed its capability building initiatives intended to enhance the skills of member agency representatives and increase the pool of sector experts of the Committee. The Project Development Orientation Workshop is scheduled to be conducted before the end of the year.

Also presented during the meeting is the project concept note format which provides the minimum requirement in terms of form and substance of proposed project and serves as the starting point and reference in preparing pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.

Representatives of the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, DTI, DPWH, DA, DENR, DILG, DA, DOST and CSU participated in the PDAC SC Meeting. #PDIPBD
