The National Economic and Development Authority Region 2 (NEDA2) successfully passed the second surveillance audit for ISO 9001:2015 Certification of its quality management system during the two-day audit held on 12-13 July.

Audit Team Leader Michael Jordel Matundan of SOCOTEC Certification Philippines commended the continual improvement efforts of NEDA2. He praised the organization’s strong traceability of audited processes, excellent understanding of the standard’s requirements, high customer satisfaction rating with zero reported valid complaints, and no audit observation memorandum received from the Commission on Audit. He also highlighted the organization for the various awards and recognitions conferred reflecting its commitment to providing quality services to stakeholders.

The scope of the audit covered NEDA2’s core processes along development planning and policy formulation, project development, investment programming, and budgeting, program and project monitoring and evaluation, and development research. # RCBinayug, NEDA-FAD
