The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in Cagayan Valley conducted an orientation on the formulation of the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plans (PDPFPs) on 17 January 2024.

Aligned with NEDA’s commitment to foster regional development by ensuring strategic local development planning, the orientation served as venue to discuss policy directions outlined in Joint Memorandum Circular No.001, Series of 2023 of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and NEDA on the Interim Guidelines on the Formulation of the PDPFP.

Resource Persons from DHSUD, DILG and NEDA, and representatives from the Provincial Local Government Units of Cagayan, Isabela, and Quirino participated in this activity, which was held at Pamegafanan Hall, NEDA Regional Office 2.
