CAGAYAN VALLEY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT REPORT 2024

The Cagayan Valley Regional Development Report (RDR) 2024 serves as the second annual assessment of the implementation of the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Plan (CV RDP) 2023-2028. It aims to provide timely, useful, and relevant evaluation of the progress in implementing the strategies and policy directions indicated in the CV RDP. The RDR serves as guide in coordinating regional development through activities such as planning, policy formulation, investment programming, and budgeting.
