The National Economic and Development Authority convened a two-day consultation and writeshop to update the Regional Physical Framework Plan 2001-2030. The event which held at the Pamegafanan Hall, NEDA Regional Office 2 on November 5-6, 2024, brought together representatives from various regional line agencies and LGUs.

The activity focused on enhancing the proposed vision, goals, and objectives for the updated RPFP 2025-2055. The proposed draft for the General Land Use Framework and the updated Regional Spatial Development Framework were presented. To ensure a comprehensive approach, participants were grouped by policy area to identify key policies, strategies, programs and projects.

The second day of the writeshop was utilized for the presentation of consolidated inputs from the four planning areas. The completed draft of the updated RPFP will be presented later this month for further review and improvement.
